A Handy Company, LLC is a Southern NH based company, that originally started out in 1995 as a part-time hobby for President, Lance Ouellette. The company was launched into a full-time business by 2000 and has been growing ever since. Our initials emphasize - Residential and Commercial remodeling and construction which established us as one of the premiere companies in the area for high quality projects.

Over the years, our success in meeting our clients' goals and building solid relationships in the community enabled our firm to grow significantly in size, services, and project capabilities. Today our company is well known throughout the region for its construction, renovation, and historic restoration work in both commercial and residential markets. Our commitment to service and quality has been honored with a consistent growth and praise from our customers.

Leadership, Commitment, Quality

Lance Ouellette grew up in a hard working, middle class home in Lawrence, MA learning all about the services he provides today. He then moved to Methuen, MA in 1978. Since, Lance has moved to Pelham, NH where he is supported by his first passion: his two beautiful daughters and his lovely wife.

Lance graduated from Methuen High school (1988) and went on to study at Arizona State University and Mesa Community College (1994). After graduating Lance took on his first job as a Property Manger for a large construction/Development Co. overseeing all operations and management duties.

Lance has a strong knowledge and understanding when it comes to getting projects done on time and under budget. Lance Ouellette has worked in Construction and Facilities fields with companies such as: New Boston Management Inc., Hollywood Video/Entertainment Corp. Michaels Crafts, DWM Maintenance, Barnes and Noble Booksellers and more!
